Five Rivers Delta Kayak Shelters

The Delta Kayak Shelters consists of two 450 Sf land-based camping shelters with an ADA boardwalk and ADA kayak launch along the Bartram Canoe Trail in Spanish Fort, AL. In addition to the land-based shelters, two water-based shelters are located in the Mobile Bay marsh. Each shelter sits 6-7’ above the water with views across the landscape. The shelters are constructed on wood pilings with IPE decking. Hardi siding wraps the shelters and a metal roof protects the shelter. Each structure includes insect screening, a stainless-steel work surface, and privacy enclosure area.
