Planning around the busy season for the Farmers Market tenants, SS&L began construction in the fall of 2018 and completed the project in the spring of 2019. Project consisted of removing the existing cupolas that were the source of major roof leaks, a roof re-coating, new lighting, minor renovations to the Administration building, and the demolition of two unoccupied buildings on the property.
